Product Review: Essential Oil for Anxiety and Stress Relief from Phytopia

Anything that reduces stress or has a calming effect is a winner in my book.

Phytopia's Tranquility Essential Oil is a blend of "Vanilla, Orange Sweet, Rose Maroc, Geranium China, Olive Virgin, Sunflower oil, Evening Primrose oil, and Jojoba oil." 1

Thanks to the carrier oils already being mixed into the product you can apply it straight out of the bottle.

I really liked the smell of this product, the vanilla and orange scent are perfect together and the two that I can smell the most clearly. The act of massaging it into your skin is relaxing enough, but the oil mixture itself helps too.
