Product Review: Jxstarkid Kitty Jacket

Madison loves cats and I could not resist reviewing this product for her.

The entire jacket, except for the bottom and the bottom of the sleeves are covered in colorful kittens.

It is soft and she loves wearing it so much that she would not take it off and kept meowing.

The price depends on the size ordered; Madison's jacket was $17.99, but the larger sizes are $19.99.

I bought the smallest size which is approximately equal to a 3T or 4T. It is a little big but she will definitely grow into it.

Product Review: Massaging Flip Flops from Bumpers

I recently received a pair of Bumpers Massaging Flip Flops.

Thanks to being on my feet all day either at work or chasing after Madison, my feet seem like they always hurt. I decided to try these flip flops to see if their claims were valid.

I have been trying them for about a week now and I am still at the "uncomfortable" stage of wearing them, I wear them for about fifteen minutes as suggested, but the first day I could only stand about five minutes. While they are still not something I could walk around for hours in, they are getting better.

I will definitely update on the Bumpers situation in the future.

In the meantime, for those interested they have men's, women's, and children's Bumpers flip flops. There are a variety of colors and they seem well made so far.

The bumps help keep your feet ventilated and they are made with recycled rubber.

My only other complaint as of now is that the instructions read as if they were written using Google Translate.

I am going to wait a little longer before deciding to recommend this product or not.

Product Review: Cooling Base Layer Tank Top from Homaste

John works in a hot factory so I thought that this shirt from Homaste would be beneficial to him.

Unfortunately, despite my going by the size measurements on the chart, the shirt still fit him awkwardly.

I had him try it on and the holes for his arms seem as if they are a little too small, he has lost weight so I went with the large, it was long enough, but the shape is strange.

I looked for care instructions and there were not any, so I washed in cold and put them through the dryer on the timed setting with other clothes to see how it would hold up. The seams did not fray and the material is still cool to the touch.

It is not a flattering top to be worn alone in my opinion, but as an undershirt it is fine.

Product Review: Appcome Women's Pleated Vintage Skirts Floral Print

I really liked the look of this skirt, I was nervous when it was a one-size fits all piece though.

Each skirt has a high-waist and pretty colors in the designs.

There are multiple designs to choose from and they have a built in slip. The fabric is super shiny and the skirt has a built in half slip.

I like that the zipper is disguised by the seam, but it gets stuck frequently. There are loose strings along some of the seams and there were a few just on the skirt when I first opened the package.

I do not like the built in slip, it is uncomfortable in my opinion.I may see if it is able to be taken out.

The top of the skirt is stretchy so it could accommodate waists smaller and larger than mine.

I am glad that this design was available. I like the house and trees. I like this skirt, but it definitely is the only one I would wear.

Product Review: GikBay's S Hooks

I have gardening tools, clothes, and a few other items that I wanted to hang out of Madison's reach but did not have the means to do it so they were up on a shelf.

These hooks seem pretty durable for their size and they are small enough that they fit through the handles of various items.

I like that these are affordable and that they come in three sizes, I received the smallest size. They are also available in a set with five of each size.

Product Review: Floral High Waist Skirt from CHIC.U

I was thrilled when this skirt fit exactly as described. I was a little less thrilled when I had an issue with the zipper.

CHIC.U's skirt comes to my knees and fits around my waist without being too tight. I ordered a medium which is my normal clothing size.

The zipper frequently gets stuck despite nothing blocking it. The skirt is not too tight so this is not the cause either.

There are three color options available: red, purple, and blue. Currently the blue patterned skirt is on sale for less that $13, almost half the price of the other colors.

There were several small strings on the skirt when I took it out of the package and I had to cut a couple off.

The fabric is easy to iron and it is pretty comfortable too.

There are pros and cons to this skirt but I like it. I am just hoping the zipper is more durable than it has seemed so far.

Product Review: Flora Florida Convertible Maxi Dress

I am beyond thankful for YouTube instructional videos after receiving this dress.

I have never worn a convertible dress before so I had no idea how to tie it, there are a lot of videos with women showing different ways to style these dresses: strapless, twisted, and more.

The dress is navy blue and white, the stripes on the straps go horizontally and they go horizontally on the skirt. The straps are longer than the dress itself which is beyond helpful when you are trying different ways to tie it.

Thankfully, the dress is pretty true to the sizing information listed on Amazon.

The dress is a little long on me, I believe this is because I ordered a size up (large) from what I normally wear (medium) because I always run into sizing errors because of my bust size. I could have fit into a medium but I did not want to stretch out the elastic getting it on, despite what the Amazon listing says.

I have worn and washed the dress twice without issue. I am happy to say it is still as soft as the first time I wore it and I did not have any issues with the navy blue bleeding onto the white.

This is a great dress for those new to the convertible style. I love how comfortable it is.

Product Review: KITKIT's Silicone Bib

I have seen similar products at the store but I did not like that they were fabric with a tiny pocket that every child would miss.

Madison is almost two and most bibs were a little snug around her neck when she was going through her "chubby baby" stage. These bibs extend far enough that it would not have been a problem.

I like that the pocket stays open and the silicone is easy to clean. As you can see from the second picture, the fastener is shaped like beads and they slide between the little clasp. I was surprised by how sturdy it was when we first opened the package.

I have had problems when washing bibs with velcro straps, even when I fastened them lint and hair would get stuck in between them. Something that should have been simple became a larger task.

Similar products are either made of cloth so they are harder to clean or they have small pockets that would not catch nearly as much.

Product Review: Simlu Loose Fit Yoga Tank-Top

I love tank tops, they are comfortable and they can be layered so I naturally had to try this one.

This tank is beyond light so it works well for layering even when working out.

I really like that you can buy the tops in multiples, which includes different color combinations: black, white, blue, red, coral, yellow, orange, green, navy, and more. They are only available in small, medium, and large.

I believe that larger sizes would make them more comfortable for people who normally wear a large because mine did shrink a little when I washed it.

I feel at $9.99 per a single shirt (not in a set) that the individual shirts are overpriced based off of the material and seams seeming a little cheap. It's comfortable but I do not know how long it will last. If the seams do not rip and I do not experience any problems I would definitely consider buying a set of four in different colors, I would buy them in a size larger though.
